California office space market suffers in recession

In some areas of Southern California, office space vacancy rates have risen to 30%.

SOme landlords have started to offer whole years rent free to entice tenants.

In Los Angeles County vacancy reached 14.3% in Q1, and a similar pattern is expected to continue state-wide for the next year.
